Meeting with liaison officer of Finland

Mr. Atageldi Yazlyyev, CARICC Director, met with Mr. Antti Luukkonen, Liaison Officer at the Embassy of Finland in Astana, on 8 April 2025 in Almaty.

Director of the Centre provided information to the representative of Finland on CARICC efforts to facilitate regional cooperation in combating drug trafficking through exchange and analysis of intelligence, organization and coordination of joint operations.

During the meeting parties exchanged views on current situation in the field of countering drug trafficking in CARICC member states and Finland, and discussed status and prospects of cooperation in this area.
