Mr. Atageldi Yazlyyev, CARICC Director, took part in the regional press conference on the occasion of the release of the World Drug Report on 26 June 2024 online. The event was organized by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office to mark the 26th of June - International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.  

The press conference was attended by Ms. Ashita Mittal, Head of the UNODC Regional Office for Central Asia, representatives of competent authorities of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
