Regular meeting of the Council of National Coordinators of CARICC Member States was convened in hybrid format in Almaty on 4 October 2023.

The Council members reviewed CARICC functional organization aspects. In particular, they discussed:

- suggestions to draft CARICC Budget Rules,

- competitive recruitment for vacant CARICC positions,

- initiative of the Kingdom of Belgium to obtain observer state status at CARICC,

- progress on draft CARICC Development Strategy for 2023-2027 and other items.

During the meeting parties developed relevant decisions on agenda items of the CNC.

An agreement was reached to conduct next meeting of the CNC of CARICC Member States in the first half of 2024.
