Delegation from the Republic of Tajikistan visits CARICC

A meeting with a delegation from the Republic of Tajikistan led by Mr. Firuz Murodzoda, Consul General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Almaty, took place at CARICC on 21 August 2026.

The Consul General introduced Mr. Shukhrat Saidov, new Liaison Officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to CARICC.

CARICC Director expressed gratitude to the delegation from the Republic of Tajikistan for visit and pointed out the important role of liaison officers of participating countries in supporting effective cooperation in the framework the Centre.

Director of the Centre thanked Mr. Emomali Safarzoda for his work as Liaison Officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to CARICC and wished him continued success. The incoming liaison officer received best wishes for success in his future role and productive work at CARICC.

Parties also discussed current topics related to further development of cooperation between CARICC and competent authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan, including enhancing information exchange and coordinating joint efforts to combat drug trafficking and transnational organized crime.
